What counts as an “initiative”?
A named outcome with a measurable KPI — e.g. “close $150K in pipeline by end of Q3” or “ship the donor-portal MVP.” The agent team decomposes the initiative into epics, stories, and tasks; you approve milestones along the way.
How fast do you start?

Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. Month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No annual lock-in. If you prepay annually you save 2 months; if you cancel during an annual term, you forfeit the prepay discount on remaining months.
Can I switch tiers mid-contract?
Up at any time, prorated for the remainder of the current cycle. Down at the next renewal.
Do you do non-profit pricing?
Yes — 30% off all tiers for 501(c)(3) organizations. Apply with your EIN at signup.
