What is included?
Your company gets a shared CRM, connected communication history, integrations, measurable initiatives, KPI reporting, and access to the managed AI fleet. Higher plans add more people, execution capacity, operating support, and enterprise controls.
Is the managed fleet on every plan?
Yes. Kronos, Tom, Kathy, Jerome, Ned, Ashley, Jim and Phillip are available across the plans. The plan sets how much work the fleet takes on at once.
Can any plan use a voice role such as Amy?
Yes. Voice roles are configured around the calls, bookings, routing, and human handoffs your workflow needs. Scope and usage are agreed during setup; governed outbound work also follows the campaign, consent, escalation, and approval rules agreed during implementation.
Are administrators included in the member limit?
No. The limits are additive: Starter includes 3 administrators plus 10 members, and Growth includes 10 administrators plus 40 members.
What happens in a strategy review?

What does the annual price require?
The lower annual rate requires a 12-month commitment. Monthly plans remain available without the annual discount.
Do nonprofits receive different pricing?
No. Nonprofits buy the same product at the same standard price. Eligible nonprofit organizations can receive a 50% discount for their first 12 months, renewable after an annual eligibility review. See the nonprofit program.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Scale up when you have more plays to run, scale down when you don't.
