What is available today?
Front Desk is available today at $299/month or $249/month with a 12-month commitment. It includes one AI role—Amy—plus basic team access, Company Feed activity, shared calendar visibility, and one approved voice workflow.
Can I buy Management or Executive today?
Not as standard self-serve products. Management is a preview and Executive is a design-partner track. We will scope access with teams whose workflows can help shape those levels.
How does voice pricing work?
Amy is the interface across all three levels. Phone numbers, minutes, call flows, transfers, and related usage are configured separately because a light internal workflow and a high-volume customer line do not create the same operating cost.
Is managed specialist capacity included?
Front Desk does not include fleet access. Management and Executive add Fleet General and direct-message surfaces; the amount of execution work the fleet takes on is scoped separately.
Are POS integrations included?
No. POS and other custom integrations are implementation projects. We confirm the system, permissions, data flow, failure handling, and ongoing ownership before committing to an integration.
What does the annual Front Desk price require?
The $249 monthly rate requires a 12-month commitment. The $299 monthly option remains available without the annual commitment.
Do nonprofits receive different pricing?
Eligible nonprofit organizations can receive a 50% discount for their first 12 months on the standard available product, renewable after an annual eligibility review. Preview, design-partner, usage, and implementation work are scoped separately. See the nonprofit program.
Can I move to another level later?
Yes. Start with Front Desk, then add direct Management fleet access or governed Executive execution as those levels become available and your workflow requires it.
