What counts as an "initiative"?
An initiative is a defined outcome with a KPI — e.g. "launch the new pricing page," "run a 30-day content nurture sequence," "close the books for Q1." Each initiative is broken into smaller deliverables by our COO (planner) agent and executed by the specialist team.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. You can also pause your subscription for up to 60 days per year with 14 days' notice — useful for seasonal businesses. Paused months don't count against your annual term.
How fast do you start?
Within 48 hours of signup. We run a 30-minute kickoff call to capture your first initiative's KPIs, then the team starts decomposing and executing the same day.
Can I switch tiers mid-contract?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No upgrade / downgrade fees.
Do you do nonprofit pricing?
Yes — registered 501(c)(3) organizations get 30% off any tier. Email your determination letter to yomi@ytadvisors.com during signup and we apply the discount.
What if a KPI is missed?
We share full visibility into what shipped, what didn't, and why — every week. If an agreed KPI is missed, we convene a review, propose an adjusted approach, and extend the work at no additional cost until it's on track. Your outcome is the measure.
