Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how YT Advisors, LLC ("YT Advisors," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website, portal and AI execution service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

No affiliation with Google. YT Advisors is an independent company, named after its founder, Yomi Toba. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube. Google, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC; we reference them only to describe the services you can connect to YT Advisors and how that data is handled (see Sections 1, 3 and 4).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account & contact details: first and last name, email, company, role, and anything you submit in forms or chat.
  • Engagement context: the objectives, KPIs, priorities and business or financial context you give your AI team so it can plan and execute for you.
  • Billing details: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

Information from your connected apps

When you authorize an integration, we access only the data needed for the work you direct, using the minimum scope, and you can revoke access at any time. Connected apps may include Google (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Analytics), Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Intuit QuickBooks Online, and mobile carriers (for SMS notifications you opt into).

Information collected automatically

  • Web analytics (browser, device, referring URL, page views) and log files (IP, timestamps, request paths).

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Service — planning and executing your initiatives and operating your AI team.
  • To act inside your connected apps as you direct.
  • To bill, support, secure and improve the Service.
  • To communicate with you about your account.

3. AI Sub-Processors & How Your Data Is Processed

The Service is powered by third-party large-language-model (LLM) providers that process the content needed to plan and complete your work. Depending on the task, relevant context may be sent to Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and OpenAI (GPT). We use these providers under their enterprise/API terms, which provide that submitted content is not used to train their models. We send only the context relevant to a given task and do not sell your data. We will keep this list current.

4. How We Share Information

  • Cloud hosting & storage: Amazon Web Services.
  • AI sub-processors: as listed in Section 3.
  • Payments: Stripe. Email delivery and analytics providers.
  • Your connected apps: only as you direct the team to act.
  • Legal: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access tokens, and least-privilege access to connected apps. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Your Rights

Subject to your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. You can revoke any connected-app access at any time. We honor applicable rights under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service connects to and links to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

9. Beta Features

We may offer beta or early-access features. These may collect additional usage data and feedback, may change or be withdrawn, and are provided to help us improve the Service.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy and will post the new version with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
