SMS Policy

This SMS Policy explains how YT Advisors LLC ("YT Advisors," "we," "us") sends text messages and how you can manage them. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Consent & Opt-In

We send SMS messages only to recipients who have opted in — by providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive texts during signup, in the portal, or by texting us first. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the number you provide.

2. Types of Messages

• Account & service notifications — verification codes, approvals, task and initiative updates, and alerts you ask your AI team to send you.
• Customer care — replies to your requests.
• Optional updates — product news, only if you opted into them.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the alerts you configure. You are in control of which notifications are enabled.

4. Opt-Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings.

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. YT Advisors does not charge for SMS messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and device availability.

8. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above and to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

9. Changes

We may update this SMS Policy with notice. Continued enrollment after an update constitutes acceptance.
