SMS Terms & Consent

YT Advisors LLC (“YT Advisors,” “we,” “us”) sends SMS (text) messages to phone numbers you provide when you opt in. These terms describe what you consent to, how to opt out, and our practices for SMS communications, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and applicable carrier policies.

1. What Messages You’ll Receive

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive SMS messages from YT Advisors such as:

Calendar reminders and meeting alerts (typically 15 minutes before an event).
Urgent operational notifications (system outages, approval requests, priority escalations).
Engagement-related updates (deadline reminders, deliverable-ready alerts).

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without separate explicit consent.

2. Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile number and confirming “yes” to receive SMS — whether through a form on our website, during onboarding, or in a signed Statement of Work — you consent to receive the categories of messages described above at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on calendar events, operational conditions, and the scope of your engagement. On a typical day you may receive 0-5 messages; during high-activity periods, more.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. YT Advisors does not charge for SMS; however, your carrier may. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any YT Advisors SMS message. Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation text and no further messages. You can re-subscribe by contacting us at yomi@ytadvisors.com or replying START.

7. Supported Carriers

SMS is delivered via AWS End User Messaging (SNS) or, when applicable, carrier email-to-SMS gateways (e.g., AT&T’s txt.att.net). We support major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier conditions outside our control.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number is used solely to deliver messages you have consented to receive. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing. Our use of mobile number information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. If you have opted in to SMS, we will notify you of material changes via text before they take effect.
